Online Bill Pay Now Available
Ireland Utilities, Inc. has partnered with Nexbillpay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their credit card, debit card or check. Nexbillpay is a trusted third-party automated payment service that allows you to pay online.
Nexbillpay charges a service fee for all transactions to cover payment handling and all processing charges. Service fee will be calculated by Nexbillpay and disclosed prior to finishing your payment.
NOTE: payments require 2 days of processing time.

First time users will need to create a bill payment system online account. You will need your name as it appears on your account and account number to set up bill payment accounts.
If paying by phone, Ireland Utility customers please have your account number handy and call (877) 336-6303.There is a variable convenience fee same as the online fee to use this service that will be noted before submitting.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. There is also a dropbox located outside our office door to the right to drop off your payment during and after business hours.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Ireland Madison Township Conservancy District – Sewer payments
Ireland Madison Township Conservancy District is not part of Ireland Utilities. Ireland Utilities processes all Ireland Madison Township Conservancy District statements and receipt of payments. Therefore, sewer payments must be a separate payment from water. All payments for sewer need to made to: Ireland Madison Township Conservancy District. Same payment options apply as used for Ireland Utilities.
